Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and professional from scheduling my service to onsite. Mike Boyle was extremely friendly and knowledgable. He called in advance to let me know he was on his way, showed up as anticipated and installed a new weather strip and performed a garage door tune-up in a timely manner. He informed me of what things we need to anticipate repairing in the future with quotes on those items as I requested. We would use Precision Doors again in the future. John, the tech came on time and was polite. He told me that I needed new parts and was able to fix it that day – not return in a week because he didn’t have the parts on the truck, etc. It took him maybe 1 hour and 15 minutes to resolve the issue – diagnosis plus fixing my garage door. He told me what needed to be replaced but I don’t remember what they were exactly – so I can’t answer the second half of the question below.
