Precision was very responsive, came the day that I called because of a broken garage door spring. The technician (Jeremy Westerbeck) was very professional, performed a complete inspection of the garage door and completed the repair.

Tech was Brent Howell I called around 11:00 am with my door problem. I was told that a tech would be there between 11 and 3. Brent called on his way. He observed the situation and gave me three options to fix my door. I chose the 7 year warranty. Brent put in a new tension bar, rollers, and cables. Brent is truly an asset to your company. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did the work in the time he estimated. I enjoyed watching Brent work as he told me what he was doing in the process. We had very fast service and a very nice young man to comply with our needs. We had called to get a new rubber seal on the bottom of the door.
