Great experience! I called on Saturday when I realized a spring was broken. A service call was set up for later that same day. When a cancellation happened, they called me to see if coming sooner was OK, which it was. The tech, Carlos, called ahead and was at our home within 15 minutes. He was very professional friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a full inspection and recommended replacement of the bearings in addition to the broken spring. He also called to my attention that the Genie Track was a bit worn, but was working OK. I decided to go ahead and replace it too. Carlos had the repairs done right away. The door operates perfectly now and is much more quiet. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone.
