My garage door opener quit working on Saturday. I called Precision and they came the same day arrived between the time frame the dispatcher indicated. My tech was very knowledgeable… by just looking at the door moves he figured out that there was screws and nuts missing. My tech replaced them with new ones and door was back to normal. Thanks to the BEST Precision and their team for the great service!!!

I was very satisfied with the service. Our technician was Craig and he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He installed the motor with ease and made sure understood how everything worked before he left for the day. I’m very happy with the product and service. Thank You Precision Overhead Garage Door. Very pleased with Precision service. Brent was so polite, professional, and accomplished. He was at our home just a few hours after we called Precision for service. He attempted to repair the old openers, but one was totally dead. The other did not respond to new parts installed in it. He then installed two new overhead door openers. We would highly recommend Precision Door Openers and Brent!!!

The job was done quickly and professionally but after I saw the total amount I checked competitors prices and noticed that the paid price was on a high side. Other than that after the service my garage door work fine.
