Doug Naporano was my service technician. He arrived at my home 15 minutes early and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He was friendly and very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He made the necessary repairs in about 20 minutes. Precision installed my new garage doors a few months ago and this service call was for a noise that the main door was making. Before he left , he asked me no less than 3 times if I had any questions at all. I’m in the service business myself, and Doug made me a satisfied customer. Called at 9AM due to a broken coil, and door was fully functional by 2PM the same day. I appreciated the recommendations on improving the quality of the door functions. It opens so quiet now.

After having a recent visit by the company they were very concerned with previous issues I had. The company did correct things and reassured me that they will do whatever it takes to ensure I had a better experience. My garage door was fixed as promised and the company did want to refund my previous payment (I refused to take the reimbursement and the check has been mailed back to the company). I just wanted my garage door fixed not a way out of paying for services. I appreciate the offer from the company and respect them taking issues with clients so serious. Thank you again to Eric and the guys who have come to my house to fix the garage.
