Jeremy Westerbeck was very friendly and helpful. He replaced the broken garage door spring. He then showed us that our current Garage Door Opener was not as secure as we had thought by lifting the closed door by hand. He replaced the Garage Door Opener with a new Belt Drive Garage Door Opener. Before doing any of the work, he explained, in detail, what he proposed to do and gave us choices as to the types of Garage Door Openers were available and the merits and prices of each. When completed, he explained how to operate each remote device. Based on the fact that our old system was not secure, I will mention this to our neighbors and highly recommend Precision Door Service to all our neighbors.

Today is the second time we have used Precision (the first time was 3 years ago for spring repair) and the second time we have had Keith for our technician. This time we replaced the garage door opener/key pads and had the door, springs, etc. serviced. Keith is a terrific technician. He seems very knowledgeable, explains everything clearly, works judiciously and has a very pleasant demeanor. We would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them — and Keith — to others!

The service tech, work provided & material were all 5 stars. Tech explained our concerned questions & was very knowledgeable. Precision responded to our phone call with a service tech (James Mantsch) very quickly. Besides the new garage opener, other items were replaced & corrected. We would recommend Precision as a 5 star company to our neighbors & friends.

I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door servicing and needs. They answered my Saturday morning frantic phone call, the woman on the phone was pleasant to deal with, and within 2 hours, a wonderful & friendly technician, Jose Rosario, was on a ladder fixing my garage door. Precision is my new garage door company!!

Thank you for mailing my receipt including my 5 year warranty. notated withing. I experienced your excellent customer service and parts installation by Brent Howell the morning of Feb 17. He called around 930 am. He was running ahead of schedule and was able to arrive at our address by 10 am. Excellent!! Brent was meticulous, smiling, practical and straight forward. Kudos to Brent!! I had called your office the day previous. Cait cheerfully scheduled the appointment. Thank you Cait!! Office gals are the foundation of your enterprise.
