I needed urgently to get my garage door fixed, and surely enough, it was serviced the same day. Doug Naporano was my technician and if I could rate him over 5 stars, I would gladly do it! He’s very knowledgeable in was he needed to do, and did in a clean and timely manner. Although I was not expected to paid as much, after everything was done, I realized that it was worth every penny. I will highly recommend Doug to anyone who needs the service. He asked me various times if I had any question or concern and if I was satisfied, what a great guy! By the time he left, I felt we were already family. I commend Precision for having such a fantastic technician. I’m a very happy costumer!

Mr. Jim Johnson came on Sunday, April 10, 2016 and was very professional. He explained the problem we had with our Genie garage door opener and after much thought and discussion with no pressure from him, we decided to have him install a new belt drive Linear Opener. He installed the new opener, balanced the springs and saw to it that the system was perfectly balanced in operating order. In my opinion he went out of his way on details to do an outstanding job.
