I gave Precision a 5 star rating. Live in condo community and my overhead garage door jammed in the up position at 10:00am when I opened it to leave. Precision and another company were recommended by the complex manager and a neighbor told me to call Precision. They had a man here at 5:00pm. He fixed it and was gone in 30 minutes. He knew his business, was courteous, clean and fixed the problem. Also, tightened a few screws that cut the opening and closing noise by at least a third. I haven’t had their kind of service in years!
