I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

Mr. Jared Ebel arrived on-time and gave a 15 minute call ahead prior to his arrival. He was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. He is a squared away professional and one that represented the company very well. He is one of the best technicians that has ever arrived to do residential work for us – highly appreciated.

Your service tech Jay was on time and presented himself very professionally. We discussed what I needed done with the door and he proceeded. Arnold notified me when he was on his way and updated me just before arrival. This has been my former experience with this company on the two previous times they have been here. Arnold was courteous, made recommendations, and did the work efficiently. It’s been years since I had to call the company back and am pleased that their level of service remains at the top notch. I will use them again if needed.

My garage door would not open this morning so could not go out. I called Precision, theybwere able to get an engineer to me and sort out the problem in 3 hours. I am very pleased I bought the garage opener from them.
