Mathew Leto was the technician, he showed up on time and inspected the door and found a few potential problems that needed attention and left the decision with me, absolutely no high pressure, the reason I called was that my neighbor and I had the same code and my opener had a bad circuit board which couldn’t be replaced because of the units age, parts are no longer available, I was already aware of that and was planning for a replacement, Mathew did an excellent job and my door is like new, very quiet. would definitely recommend Precision.

I sent an e-mail from their sight, they called me 5 min. later and their technician was at my home 20 min. after that. All this because my son noticed the alert on my opener pad and called me at the rehab hospital where I was with my husband who is recovering from a stroke. I got home just in time to have everything explained to me and pay for the repair. 2 hours from e-mail to finished.

Wouldn’t let me pay at a later date without being set up on billing.

Prompt and courteous service. Michael Wallace explained the problems and the solutions. Gave the choices available and why they needed care. I would give him 5 stars for his service. He had to replace cables and springs etc.

Our Technician Craig Earle was On-Time and reviewed our problems with our existing Genie garage and within minutes he had a solution. He reviewed the problems with me and made recomendations to repair the problem. There was no attempt in up-selling an entire new system, rather a few simple repairs which were completed in less than an hour. Craig was very knowledgeable in our system and even pointed out how to properly maintain it. I did ask for future reference how much a new opener with a belt drive would be to purchase and install. The price provided was extremely affordable and certainly not worth installing myself from a home improvement store! Great job and I highly recommend your business.

Carlos Morales did a great job. He was considerate, and fully informed me along the way with what he was doing. I am very satisfied with the service.

I had no idea what the issue was with my garage door. Jimmy did an assessment. made recommendations and provided options for different plans with the related cost. I needed a new motor, new bearings and new remote and door opener. Jimmy was able to complete the job in a timely manner, demonstrated how it worked and also programmed my car remote. I definitely will ask for him if I need any further work and will share my very positive experience with others. 5 stars!!!!
