We were very pleased with how quickly you were able to schedule our visit to re-program our garage key pad. We had recently purchased the house, and knew that the door was very loud on opening and closing, so it was no surprise when Craig reviewed his inspection report and pointed out the problem with the small wheels. The fact that he was able to replace the wheels and gasket right then, was very helpful to us. Thank you again for taking care of our needs. Patti
