Cory was extremely professional and personal. He called 30 min ahead of time to let me know what time he was going to be there, which was extremely helpful. I was just having general maintenance done. He offered a couple of deals with no pressure. Did the work I asked him for, and did an AWESOME job at it! My door runs as quiet as ever! He was a great tech! I would give him a 6 out of 5 stars if i could, all across the board great!

Michael Wallace provided me with my requested courtesy call and was very prompt with his arrival time. He was very professional and explained everything he saw to me during his inspection of my garage door. He provided me with information I did not know about my garage door/system as well as quotes for several options to repair the door. While I passed for now on fixing the issues I have, I was very pleased with the service provided between Michael Wallace and when I called to make an appointment. It is very convenient that Precision has hours after 5 pm.
