I don’t normally take the time to commend people in this fashion but I was compelled to make an exception in this case. Last week we called Precision to fix our two-car garage door which had recently broke down. It was more or less and overhaul of the entire system. The reason why I am reaching out to you is to make leadership of Precision aware of what an asset they have in their technician Jimmy Johnson. The quality of the work and speed that is was done surpassed all expectations. I did not realize a garage door could be so quiet when opening and closing. Jimmy not only was personable but clearly took a lot of pride in his work. Jimmy’s qualities will ensure I would only call or recommend Precision for future needs. That type of employee is exactly what builds loyal customers.
