I had an issue with my garage door and Jeremy cam out and fixed the problem without incident. Jeremy was very nice and professional.

James came out at about 6 pm. We discussed the problem with my door opener. I agreed on what needed to be done and was ready to set up an appointment for service. That’s when James said he could do it now. By 8:30 he was done and I had a new unit that works great! He also replaced the bearings and worn out rollers. The door runs so quiet and smooth. James was very professional and did a great job.

Excellent job once again came out identified the problem right away and asked if somebody had replaced the belt I told him yes Percision has he made the adjustments and no charge awesome company would never use anyone else
