We have always called Precision for any issue involving our garage door because they make an excellent product and their service is top-notch. This latest experience was no exception. When the door wouldn’t open, preventing me from getting the car out, I called Precision and they sent Aidan out very quickly. Not only was he there promptly, but he was also very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to install a new opener, explain the operational details, and he even programmed the remote in the car. It was a pleasure working with him, and I only wish other businesses had employees like him – a skilled professional who does his work honestly and with integrity.

One of our garage door springs broke and we were unable to open the garage door. Jarred, one of their technicians, came out within 3 hours of our calling Precision, and replaced the springs. He was professional and friendly and handled the situation well. We are very pleased with Precision!

Luis arrived promptly and adjusted the hinges, lubricated the hinges and springs. He then showed me exactly how to lubricate this door. The door is far quieter than it was. Luis is very kind and informative. He is a keeper!
