Matt called ahead, arrived when promised and did an assessment of our 19 year old garage door. Based on his assessment we had all rollers and 2 bearings replaced. The door operates quietly and the work was completed as described. That is what I expected and that’s what I received. Outstanding.

I had springs put in two months ago, and today when there was an electrical outing, I tried to open the door manually and I had a problem I called precision told them the situation, and they said they would send someone out to address the issue. When they came they indicated that the pulley that I tried to disengage from the motor was old and needed to be pulled harder. they did not charge me for a service call. They know how to treat their customers. Thank you I will use them again in the future.
