Mr Tim Vaughn was on time (unusual in Florida) was very good in explaining what he was going to do and the cost up front no surprises. Garage door would not open due to broken springs. Called Precision and customer service rep was wonderful. Was able to get someone here in just a few hours. Tech Andrew was very professional and courteous. Explained what needed to be done and took care of the repair. Would not think of calling anyone else!

On February 10th 2017 our garage door opener started to have a problem going down. It would stop in the middle of the cycle for no unknown reason. This problem continued to happen more frequently so I called their office and was told a technician would be out w/i a few hours to look at it. I got a call from Jeffrey Pinney to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very professional and got to work immediately. It is nice to call a company and get a pleasant person on the phone, schedule an appointment in a short period of time, have the work done by a professional representative. I would recommend Precision overhead garage door service in a heart beat. They replaced our garage door opener, keypad & rollers. It is now like a brand new door. I am glad I kept seeing Precision’s advertising both in the paper and on billboards because that is who I thought to call once this problem started to happen. I would give them 5 stars.

I was walking my dogs and saw your work van a few houses down. I have been procrastinating bit I knew my doors needed work done. I called the number on the van fully expecting to have to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Instead, the nicest man, Chris, finished up his job down the street and came right over and fixed my door! Thank you guys so much!! I’ll be calling soon to fix the other door!!
