Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me. Thank you for great service and the technicians that represent your company.

Garage door broke so wouldn’t work at all. I had a Val pac coupon and it said you could get a live person 24/7 so were able to get someone scheduled quickly. The two guys who came out were friendly and temporarily got the door together.

We always have received good service from your company. Service techs are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman here today was very nice and helpful. Although the battery I need is no longer carried, he was helpful in giving me some suggestions to remedy my situation. He was kind enough to spray my spring as it was noisy and it’s hard for me to do.

Called first thing on a Sunday for a broken spring and they had me working again by noon. The tech was knowledgeable, professional, and ensured I knew what my options were and what was being done. I absolutely won’t hesitate to call Precision again in the future. Highly recommended.
