The tech. Called 15min. Early to confirm, arrived on time. Inspected the door and wouldn’t you know it worked fine! He did mention that the spring needed to be lubricated, which he did and then left the can of lubricant with me, AND DID NOT CHANGE Me for the service call! I would say that this was service above and beyond. Yes I will refer this company to other homeowners

John Pappas was your tech who came out today. He was quick with the install but was concerned about the door opener not fitting correctly in our work shed that had a single garage door opening. After talking with the office he started his work and it fit great with no room for error. He did a great job and we both were happy that there was no problem with the install. John was a very nice and personable. I’ve had Precision do all of our garage door installs, repairs, door opener installs and etc and never had a problem with their installers. Everyone including their telephone personnel are very very nice. Thanks Precision! Great job again!

Very satisfied with service at my home, response to my request and prompt, attendance to our garage door issues. Highly recommend this company. The entire system was repaired , with exception of the need to purchase a new door, itself. Recommendation to keep our door was (and is ) impressive , reflective of a company with honesty and consideration , first, to the customer . Very nice indeed

Precision was very prompt – had an appointment time (“Noon to Four”) and they arrived minutes before Noon. I was also advised approximately 30 minutes prior they would be heading my way shortly. The tech (Craig Earle) knew what he was doing, was courteous, and had the work done within about 2.5 hours. He also worked with my warranty company directly, arranged all billing, and I did not need to worry about anything. There was quite a bit of work to be done – main issue was broken springs, but also received new cables, wheels, and rollers on the door itself. I was / am very satisfied.

Chad and Brian introduced themselves immediately, and appeared very concerned about what was needed. They explained the whole procedure that they needed to do and went over the cost in detail. All in all, they did a very good job. Thank You!
