Scheduled in a timely manner (if fact, they called to say they could come earlier), prompt notification from Keith Anderson (technician), excellent explanation of problems found, accurate estimate (with options), quick installation/work, thorough instructions and work area left clean…thanks! Multiple services provided including: replacing garage door opener, replacing wheels for two doors.

Neighbor reccomdation from original repair of spring etc. Subsequently additional repair needed later on failed motor part. I would not hesitate to call Precision again. Name on invoice should be changed from Bryant to Barry.

I had my garage door repaired on January 7, 2018, by Wesley Allen. He did an excellent job and showed me how to maintain the door running smoothly. He was very professional and personable and I would recommend him to anyone needing any repairs to their garage. I read reviews on Precision’s website by other clients using their service but was most impressed with their A+ service with the Better Business Bureau.

Matthew that came to my house was extremely knowledgeable and very respectful, I watched him work and at the same time took his time to teach someone new in your company, he took his time and did it right. I would recommend him to be a supervisor as he as all the attributes to be a good leader and mentor to others. he double checked his work and made sure that the end result would last a long time, your lucky to have an employee of that caliber
