Excellent service by Chris Corlas. Repaired our broken garage door quickly and suggested some needed maintenance. Who knew the opener motor had to be adjusted ? This is the second time we have used Pecision and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage services.

Today – the dumb movers packed in both of my garage door opener remote controls. I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement in time before I moved. To my relief, the tech got here in a record time and replaced the missing remote controllers. Whew. Not only that, the day before, I finally got an electrician to install / add a plug outlet for the garage door opener… and to my dismay, the door wouldn’t open and close. The tech came by on the same day and explained to me about the “safety eye” and that it was blocked by a rake … I had this “Duh” blonde moment. I learned something new here. LOL The Precision folks are the best.

Was able to come the same day as we called, replaced the garage door bottom seal. I asked about something and Matt showed me another outer seal that was the answer. Left to get it and was back within the hour to install that too. He did a great job and never tried to sell me more than what we originally called for. I would recommend this company.

Having put off service to my squawking garage door for too long,Wednesday morning found my car trapped in the garage by a broken cable secondary to a broken spring. I hooked a ride to work — called Precision and asked if someone could come repair the situation on or after 6 PM, Wednesday night. Got that set up and about 7 PM “Wesley” bounded into my messy situation. What a nice guy! And what an assiduous worker. In about 2 hours, he had replaced the entire opening system with top rated equipment. Talk about a hale fellow well met! He isn’t just a great mechanic, he also immediately becomes “Your Friend!” My entire garage door opening system, two new remotes and my vehicle garage door opening system were all in PERFECT working order, with the garage door opening so quietly that I thought it wasn’t in action.
