Our first experience with Prestige was in October 2015 when our garage door opener failed to work.not knowing who to call we saw the TV add and we called. From the initial call which was handled by a professional office staff member to the gentlemen who were dispatched to our home they arrived on time and took care of the issues. Now today we called with an issue and again everything went smoothly and Hunter appeared on time took care of the issue. He was totally professional sized up the issue and took care of it. Installation was prompt an efficient, happy with the door, unfortunately the operator short circuited the first time we tried to close the door. It was an old operator, so I called the installer who had just left and he arranged for a technician to come this evening. Hope he is bringing a new operstor with him.
